Newly-acquired Boston Celtic, Enes Kanter, is not backing down from his continued criticism of Turkish president Recep Tayyip Erdogan, even in the midst of circulating rumors of Erdogan's death from a heart attack. Kanter is obviously not totally buying the news of the death of his nemesis, as evidenced in the tweet below:
Thus far, there seems to be no conclusive evidence yet of Erdogan's death by any means. Kanter has been extreme in his verbal and written attacks against the Turkish leader. The result was an arrest warrant for Enes (per NBC Sports Darren Hartwell):
Don't expect Boston's new big man to quiet down, even if the rumors are confirmed. Stay with us for further breaking news on these reports.

Among the things for Boston Celtics fans to know about new big man Enes Kanter: He's a staunch critic of Turkish president Recep Tayyip ErdoÄŸan.
Kanter, a Turkey native, has accused Erdogan of running a totalitarian regime that suppresses basic freedoms and human rights and once called the president "the Hitler of our century."
The Turkish government still hadn't addressed those rumors as of Tuesday morning, so Erdogan's death has neither been confirmed nor denied.
