Celtics Championship Journey Begins

It's Go Time! C's open up their run towards Banner 18.

1Q ☘️

JB for three! JB spins and jams! Here we go! KP posts and scores! Run em off the floor! JT gets to the cup and the C's are the aggressor so far! So far we are watching the C's bring the fight to the bullies. Attack the rim and don't stop! Don't allow any defense to dictate your offense, attack attack attack! If the C's play D with all their heart and skill there's no way Miami beats them. This Celtics offense is rolling. Their D has been stout and very aggressive so far. I'm curious to see the referee bias in Miamis favor today. PP is the C's first player off the bench. Brown gets assaulted and no call. So it begins with the refs. PP for three! KP for three! Back to back Bing Bang Booms! I need to see this lead built up by the end of the half. Keep pushing the pace on offense and grind em on D. Let's go C's you got this! JT with the great D forces a turnover. Duncan Robinson is a punk, and is very dirty. C's lead after one but it should be more.

2Q 🍀🍀

I need a more consistent effort on getting to the cup, find the weak spots in the zone and expose them. C's need a run here in this second quarter. Sam is finally on the board! Sam I Am again! Sam was off earlier but now he's found his groove. Stay confident young fella! C's need to double this lead and go on another run! JT attacks the cup and gets free throws. That's how ya do it! SAM IS THE MAN! Al with the nice post up move! JT with his man up jumper boom baby! C's have matched every Spoelstra counter with a counter of their own. Check Mate Joe Mazzulla! Caleb Martin Sucks!!!!!! JT wearing his baller shorts on D with the steal! What a block by KP on Bam who flops all the time! C's lead by fifteen, it should be thirty!

3Q ☘️☘️☘️

Kudos to KP for having an efficient first half, on both ends he's a true difference maker. Sam deserves credit as well for his hot shooting after the slow start. JT has been the all around points, rebounds and assists man. Overall good team effort. C's are getting mugged like they are in a trip to NYC. Every time Spo thinks he's got the C's solved they punch back and answer. Heat were fighting back and the C's said No Soup For You! C's should sweep this series, and do it in convincing fashion. I have NO FEAR AT ALL Vs THE HEAT! Put that on your record books! This is year has always felt different for me and I'm hear to scream it to anyone who wants to listen. C's have done exactly what I expected them to do! Kick the heats rumps all over the floor! C's are rolling!

4Q 🍀🍀🍀🍀

Al for Three! Bam is such a flopping dead fish wanna be! C's are damn near up thirty, and the 🔤 announcers are acting like it's a game... C's continue to roll! Despite such a horrible outcome last season the C's have answered today's bell. Now it's about answering the next game on Wednesday. One game at a time, I expect to see the Celtics best basketball during these playoffs. A bit of a lull on both ends, and the lead is shrinking. Out of the timeout JT to DW for three! After Joes timeout the C's played with more assertive basketball.

C's Win! Celtic Pride! Bleed Green! One down and fifteen to go. 🍀☘️🏀

A sorrowful farewell to Kitty's Restaurant (North Reading, MA) as a family tradition

Time to say "Goodbye" to Kitty's Restaurant - my   family's destination and tradition for six generations and more than 80 years. My memories of Kitty's go back to the early-1950's . I would accompany my dad and grandfather on fishing trips to the Ipswich River in North Reading, Massachusetts - followed by a visit to the restaurant on Main Street. In later years, my wife, Linda, and I would eat there with our two kids, Marc and Lisa - and years later - with our two grand daughters - and still later - with our great grandson, Carson. Author and family at Kitty's approx. 10 years ago Kitty's never disappointed. The drinks were big and well-made . The food was terrific - as were the portions. The service was exceptional and we became well-acquainted with the waiters and waitresses. It all worked so very well for many decades. My grand daughter, Courtney , was particularly fond of the restaurant. She was born with cystic fibrosis , and during her fr...
