Defense is the key

C's with a steady first half, their defense has been pretty damn impressive. If their offense has followed they could be up by at least thirty. Scary play with Porzingis, man can we ever catch a break. Injuries continue to attack us in the playoffs. Going to need Al to step up and maybe an unknown off the bench. Heck of a first half by Derrick White, that man is a beast. I expect to see even better defense here in the second half. Time to close this one out and say goodbye to the city of Miami for the year. Bring this home on Wednesday and call it a night!

3rd ☘️🍀☘️

C's force a bad shot to start things on D! JB opens the third with a deuce, let go fellas! JB for THREEEEEEE! Bam is a dirty son of an onion! Holding Tatum in a arm lock on the rebound. Dirty! Dirty! Dirty! I can't wait to be rid of the Heat if the C's do their job. Finish tonight like thunder and lighting, and rain down enough points to make em quit. I'm disgusted by how much Bam gets away with. JT forces Bam into an offensive foul! Let's Go! C's need to get going on the offensive end. C's force the shot clock violation and I love it! JT with the Jordan like fall away! DWhite with the two hand HAMMER! DWhite with another HAMMER JAM! JB with the one handed HAMMER! Despite the Heat playing dirty the C's are kicking their can all over the place! C's are butter because they are on a roll!

4th 🍀☘️🍀☘️

This Miami offense is putrid... Fifty nine points and we are in the fourth quarter. Al Horford is a rebounding machine! Derrick White has been the best player on the floor tonight. I love how the C's wore black during the Heats whiteout! Talk about a slap in the face! This Heat roster is laughable! Spo is this brilliant savant yet we are kicking his teams doors down. C's need to continue to push the pace on offense. Every time the heat have the ball they throw themselves into the C's defenders. Jrue with a huge corner bomb! Kaboom! JT with the one handed HAMMER Jam that the heat defenders ancestors felt! The C's have been the attacker since that game 2 blunder. Once the C's took the fight to the heat they have had no answers. Heat culture is as fake as the tooth fairy or boogie man. Celtic Pride and history are what's real! DWhite with a sweet block! That man is amazing! C's need to close strong. Bam is looking to hurt JT. Gutless player! C's answer the heat run and do what's needed to win this game! Gotta say every time I see the C's expose Herro it's a nod to Joe! Congrats to JB for 2000 career playoff points. The 11th in Celtics history!

Bleed Green! Celtic Pride! Banner 18!

In defense of Marcus Smart

Let me make it clear first of all that I am totally against making a threat of any kind that even hints at harming, or certainly killing, another human being. Marcus Smart was wrong in doing so in the Celtics loss to the tanking Oklahoma City Thunder , and he deserved the one-game suspension. But to be honest, part of me loved that it occurred. . This type of thing can happen when a player gets to a point "beyond frustration" and is having a bad game. Marcus and his teammates have been under-performing generally - were in the process of losing to a pathetic-and-tanking Thunder team - and Smart was having a bad game . And he let loose verbally at the closest target - an NBA official. Wilt Chamberlain did a similar act versus referee, Earl Strom when Wilt was having his usual tortuous time at the free throw line (per Chicago Tribune's Sam Smith): ''He was in one of those 1-for-13s,'' recalls referee Earl Strom. ''Nothing was getting close. S...
