Buzzing Back 2 Back In Charlotte

 🏀

C's looked like a scoring machine here in the first. They are really unstoppable when they are on. This Hornets teams has gotten smacked in the face from the start. Honestly I don't see them doing anything tonight. CS ball movement has been excellent! Even without JB who I adore as a basketball player.

☘️☘️

From what I'm seeing the C's can roll all over anything these Hornets do. Kudos to the next man stepping up in each game. It seems with how deep our team is we are damn near unbeatable. Queta has been a sight lately. That man is a mix with hustle and talent. Pairing him with Al is a next level move.

CS are just simply quicker to the ball. I don't know why Scal drools over Ball but c'mon! Tommy would never kiss any opponents butt in a game. PP is en Fuego right now! Five threes already! C's are a wagon so get out of the way!

🏀🏀🏀

CS are allowing the Hornets to get back into this game. Just like that the freaking lead is down to seven. Absolutely frustrating right now. All of a sudden it's a three point game. C's are really going to need to establish that championship DNA. Sometimes games are won in other quarters than the fourth.

Jrue Holiday is an absolutely beast! Huge three right there! He always makes the most clutch plays at the right time. He's yet another one of my favorite players on this Celtics team. Honestly he's one of my all time favorite players. Even when he was not a Celtic. He was always a guy who you watched and said that guy can play. He makes winning plays and plays a Celtic would make.

C's are teetering on whether they can extend this lead or blow it. JT says not on my watch, as he gets to cup and scores! Watching him is poetry in motion. He's truly an MVP candidate, yet I believe titles are his priority. I like the fact that even though the Hornets buzzed back the C's are beginning to swat them away.

PP is unreal sometimes, especially the way he uses his body. What's crazy is he's not that big! Yet he plays as though he's 6'8. He just knows where to position his body at every point in the game. We are just about under three minutes and the C's need a run here.

What a pass from PP to NQ! Followed up with a Sam I Am three!!! Let's Go Celtics cha cha chachacha!

🍀🍀🍀🍀

C's are entering the fourth with a decent lead. But these Hornets are not going away. How about a Sam I Am layup! You don't see that very often. C's are keeping this lead just about around ten.

The way DWhite and Luke ran that play is absolutely perfect. There's no way anyone can stop that play! I tell ya the Celtics bigs this season are doing an amazing job without KP. With that said I want KP back, so it can make the C's even deeper.

Do we have a coaches challenge?! C's are up seven with under eight minutes to go. I think it's time to get JT back in the game and allow him to take over within the flow of the offense. It's so good having Al back on the floor tonight. It feels like having Yoda teach the Jedi. That's a reference for all you Star Wars fans.

What a HUGE three from DWhite! He's a "bad* MAN! What a HUGE block from that same bad man! Jrue finds Luke for a two handed JAM! This group is so unselfish it's beautiful! Jrue with a big shot! From way downtown! Bing Bang Boom! Excellent pass by JT. Great players make key plays!

CS have wrapped this one up!

Celtic Pride! Bleed Green! C Us Rise!

Nineteen in Green!

In defense of Marcus Smart

Let me make it clear first of all that I am totally against making a threat of any kind that even hints at harming, or certainly killing, another human being. Marcus Smart was wrong in doing so in the Celtics loss to the tanking Oklahoma City Thunder , and he deserved the one-game suspension. But to be honest, part of me loved that it occurred. . This type of thing can happen when a player gets to a point "beyond frustration" and is having a bad game. Marcus and his teammates have been under-performing generally - were in the process of losing to a pathetic-and-tanking Thunder team - and Smart was having a bad game . And he let loose verbally at the closest target - an NBA official. Wilt Chamberlain did a similar act versus referee, Earl Strom when Wilt was having his usual tortuous time at the free throw line (per Chicago Tribune's Sam Smith): ''He was in one of those 1-for-13s,'' recalls referee Earl Strom. ''Nothing was getting close. S

Did the Celtics Kevin McHale really have a wingspan of 8-feet?

According to many sources, the Celtics Kevin McHale did indeed have an estimated wingspan of 8-feet. One of those sources is Wikipedia, as seen below: Kevin McHale American basketball player DescriptionKevin Edward McHale is an American retired basketball player who played his entire professional career for the Boston Celtics. He is a Basketball Hall of Fame inductee, and is regarded as one of the best power forwards of all time. He was named to the NBA's 50th Anniversary All-Time Team.
