C's welcome the Bucks to the Garden

C's welcome the Bucks to the Garden it should be a good ole knock down fight. Two heavy weights of the NBA going at it. Giannis, JT, JB, Dame and so many others. I truly love Giannis, but I'm a C's fan first. I expect a pretty epic game tonight. We get to see the Best of the Best tonight.

☘️

The C's are wearing those ugly uniforms that I can't stand. Hopefully the C's play is better than those uniforms. It's finally tipoff and I'm ready for some Celtics basketball. C's need to push this pace and get in front of the Greek defensively. Don't allow him to get down hill.

C's with incredible ball movement to start is off. JT cashes it in nothing but net. Nice to get Jrue back tonight vs his old team. JB with the pure jumper, followed up with a great drive. Expect both Jays to do there thing tonight. I'm feeling both guys are going over twenty points tonight. With that said JT for three, followed up by JB for three! Ballin!

C's are out to a good start, I just hope they keep it going. No let ups tonight, keep it rolling. C's need to devise a way to force Giannis out of the paint. Just like that he's forced into a mid range miss. Jrue posts up Lillard and scores easily. Lillard is a great player but sucks on D. C's must be careful especially with Middleton being back. He's a Celtic killer.

We are in for a dog fight as I wrote earlier. This Bucks team is finally playing the way they should be after a show start. Giannis is a guy who is going give his all and expects the same effort from his teammates. We are all tied up at twenty. Jrue hits his corner three! He can be lethal from there. Sam I am from deep, he's been shooting really well lately.

Jrue Holiday is starting to cook already. I guess that rest was valuable for him. I'm actually not opposed to them resting guys and making sure they are healthy for the playoffs. C's by a deuce.

🍀🍀

C's need to tighten up their D which was lacking in the first. Way too many open looks for the Bucks. JT gets inside and scores the first points in the second. C's are not getting the benefit of the calls right now. I tell ya this, JT doesn't get the respect most stars get from the refs.

Lillard is starting to heat up folks watch out... PP has been slow out of the gates tonight. Joe gets the timeout as the C's are not playing up to his standards. They need to start moving the ball better on offense. Defensively they need to box out and get a hand in Lillard's face. We have plenty of time to go on a run here.

Derrick White needs to get going, he's off to a very slow start. In games like this he usually plays well. I fully expect him to fill it up. It just takes one shot to go in for him to get going. Feeling very frustrated with the fact we are getting out rebounded currently. Heck of a pass from JT to Queta! His court vision is elite.

C's must lock in on D. C's can't hit a freaking three. That's a huge part of their offense. With all these misses the Bucks have the lead. Now the Bucks can dictate the pace. C's are missing way too many shots tonight. That's a bad recipe if they want to grab this win. C's are getting no respect on any of these calls. C's trail at the half.

☘️☘️☘️

This quarter could decide who wins the game. C's missed all their threes in the second. Come out here, hit a few and we should be good. We also need to lock up Lillard and Giannis. They are both playing well and still can go off. Some other keys here in the third, DWhite needs to start cooking and PP needs to bring that energy.

C's really need a freaking basket... JB delivers! These Bucks are playing very dirty on D. C's must give it right back, show the Bucks you can muck it up. C's may be a very skilled team, but our guys are tough. I have no doubt they can hit these Bucks right back. The game is tight as it's all tied up at 63.

C's use their excellent ball movement which leads to a JT JAM! Refs actually fix what would have been an awful call. C's aren't putting together any solid offensive runs. But they are starting to hit their shots. Back to back threes from JB and Sam. Sam's shot could literally bring the rain it gets so high up there.

Bucks players are starting to flop like they got shot in the forest. It's really going to take some elite basketball to win this game. C's are trailing, and must finish the quarter efficiently. I'm totally taken a back with getting very little from both Derrick and Payton tonight. Sam on the other hand is en Fuego! C's trail...

🍀🍀🍀🍀

It now comes down to this, down by four. Calling DWhite... Maybe Payton Pritchard... JT?!

JT score the first basket and it's a three! Great D by Queta forcing Lillard into a bad three. JT for three AGAIN! PLUS THE AND ONE! Sam I Am for THREE! JT is leading our team right now, with his shooting and passing. He's a man on a mission!

C's trail by three with the ball. They put together excellent ball movement and Jrue nails a three. C's are starting to let this game get away from them. The Greek is killing us inside. Last two possessions Sam was on him and got schooled. There's a match up you don't want. I'm not feeling very comfortable with this game right now.

JT to Jrue with some Bird like passing right there! JT from one end to the other for the lay in! Great D by JT on Dame. Let's Go! Al FOR Three! C's are making big plays on both ends. That's what Championship teams do! What a BLOCK by AL! Man do I love him! I was so excited when we signed him all those years ago. Jrue with the DAGGER vs his old team!

Celtics Win! Celtic Pride! Bleed Green! C Us Rise! Nineteen in Green!

In defense of Marcus Smart

Let me make it clear first of all that I am totally against making a threat of any kind that even hints at harming, or certainly killing, another human being. Marcus Smart was wrong in doing so in the Celtics loss to the tanking Oklahoma City Thunder , and he deserved the one-game suspension. But to be honest, part of me loved that it occurred. . This type of thing can happen when a player gets to a point "beyond frustration" and is having a bad game. Marcus and his teammates have been under-performing generally - were in the process of losing to a pathetic-and-tanking Thunder team - and Smart was having a bad game . And he let loose verbally at the closest target - an NBA official. Wilt Chamberlain did a similar act versus referee, Earl Strom when Wilt was having his usual tortuous time at the free throw line (per Chicago Tribune's Sam Smith): ''He was in one of those 1-for-13s,'' recalls referee Earl Strom. ''Nothing was getting close. S...

Did the Celtics Kevin McHale really have a wingspan of 8-feet?

According to many sources, the Celtics Kevin McHale did indeed have an estimated wingspan of 8-feet.
