The good news is that Celtics superstar, Jayson Tatum, seems to have avoided a serious injury in last night's win over the Sacramento Kings. Tatum landed on the foot of the King's Domantas Sabonis after masking a 3-pointer and rolled his right ankle.
It was reported that Jayson left the arena with no crutches or boot, and walked with a slight limp. Sabonis was called for a Flagrant-1 foul on the play. Fans can expect that Tatum will be given ample time to recover in time for post-season play.
Jayson Tatum seems to have escaped serious injury after turning his left ankle landing on Sabonis’ foot while shooting a 3 Monday night, telling ESPN he’s just “sore” but he still needs to be “cautious.” Tatum has previously injured the same ankle. https://t.co/QLVyKv7k0b
